It is your responsibility to pay any duties, VAT or other charges. If you are unable to pay these charges, your delivery will be returned to Alivio Wellness. If all products are still in their original condition, Alivio Wellness will refund you the cost of your items. Unfortunately we are
unable to refund you the costs of shipping to and from your country.

Yes! We have formulated our products to help combat all different kinds of skin conditions.
Our products will help conditions like eczema, acne and rosacea, among many others.

Every day! We recommend using our cleanser and serum both AM and PM, our day cream
in the morning, and our night cream in the evening!
The only exception to this rule is our Spa Clay Mask, which should only be used 1-2 times
per week.

As for any new product you introduce to your skin, we recommend you conduct a patch test on your hand or elbow before you lather it onto your face. If you have any known skin allergies, consult your healthcare practitioner for advice prior to use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
