We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels to Australia and New Zealand.

Free shipping is available for all orders over $50.

You can cancel your order anytime before products have been dispatched. Please email info@alviowellness.com.au. Once order has been dispatched, you will need to send back to us for a refund, less postage.

Yes. Our products have been formulated for all skin types, including sensitive skin. As with all new skincare products, we suggest you patch test before using on your face and neck.

Some countries charge duties or VAT (value-added tax) when goods are imported. Alivio Wellness is not responsible for any of these charges and cannot be held responsible for any of these fees.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, VAT or other charges. If you are unable to pay these charges, your delivery will be returned to Alivio Wellness. If all products are still in their original condition, Alivio Wellness will refund you the cost of your items. Unfortunately we are unable to refund you the costs of shipping to and from your country.Please contact your local customs offices if you require more information regarding duties and taxes.

Every day! We recommend using our cleanser and serum both AM and PM, our day cream in the morning, and our night cream in the evening!
The only exception to this rule is our Spa Clay Mask, which should only be used 1-2 times per week.

They sure are. At Alivio, we believe in a kinder planet and that it is our duty to live in harmony with nature. You can enjoy our products knowing that they have only been tested on humans and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients.

As for any new product you introduce to your skin, we recommend you conduct a patch test on your hand or elbow before you lather it onto your face. If you have any known skin allergies, consult your healthcare practitioner for advice prior to use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
